In the process, we developed tools that don't exist elsewhere in the industry, such as a margin alert that makes daily contribution margin optimization possible.

  • Setup of a margin alert dashboard that automatically sends daily email notifications with the latest alerts, unique in this form within the industry
  • Creation of a seasonality dashboard based on AI and proprietary data
